Placing an order is fast, safe and easy!

Customers do not need to log in and create a username and password in order to make a purchase.

(***Please Note: This is an Australian-based website and unfortunately at this stage, I do not take orders from overseas.***)

When you find an item you'd like to purchase just click on the 'add to cart' button and enter the number of items required.
You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

When you are finished shopping just fill in your details in the checkout section and you will automatically receive an email of the products you've purchased.
(This email will NOT include a postage price.)

I will then send you an updated invoice with total price including postage cost.
This final invoice will also include details for all payment options.

*Postage is always at the best rate possible and there is no extra charge for packaging.*

If you'd like a quote on postage before buying, please email me and I will be happy to let you know.

I accept payments via Bank Deposit, Money Order, Cheque (Bank & Personal Cheques) and Paypal.
Remember, we are also happy for you to Layby items or to put your orders on hold so that you can combine them into one invoice, so you save on postage...
Details for these payments or options will be emailed to you with your final invoice. 

POSTAGE

All parcels are packed with extreme care to ensure their safe arrival.

Parcels are sent as regular mail with Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

I cannot be held responsible for lost or broken parcels through Australia Post, so if you are worried please ask for Registered Post (includes insurance) which will be an extra $2.80 on top of your postage charge.
If you have had problems with Australia Post in the past then I strongly recommend the Registered Post option for your peace of mind.

If items are ready-mades, they will be posted within a day or two of payment being received.
Special orders will take up to 2 weeks to complete so posting may take a little longer.
